what are 'at risk groups' ?

Children who are in danger from being raped by close family members or associates. People from deprived backgrounds who have a history of underachievement and a lack of education about sexuality. Children who are the danger of being sexually or physically/mentally exploited by peers. Unfortunately Gypsy populations are known for their lack of sexual morals and their nomadic existence increases the opportunity to meet strangers who may knock up young girls.

In New Zealand we define at risk groups as

1. Beneficiaries.

2. The Uneducated (Less than 3 years high school)

3. The illiterate and those affected by any form of intellectual or physical disability

4. Recent Refugees

5. People who are living in poverty

6. Immigrants from Non english speaking and third world countries

7. Incarcerated people and families with a reputation for crime committing

8. Maori and Pacific Islanders (Rates of teenage mothers are very high amongst this group due to high rates of poverty and crime, underachievement and lack of sexual education coupled with the earlier physical maturity of females).

9. Families with a history of sub adult (under 18 years) mothering.

With the exception of Number 7 (Insert your own underprivileged race0 these factors are pretty universal.

Check the stats, all over Europe and Australia/NZ Multiculturalism is not working, what I mean are like Somalis, Muslims Afghanis. We have complaints all year here in our papers about Somalian street gangs, girls aged 12 complaining about khaft (Islamic genital mutilation), afghani refugeees asking for Sharia Law. Last year we were asked to not say Merry Christmas anymore as it offended Muslims. There are also cases of 12 and 13 year old refugee girls giving birth incestuously.

Wow, it's a shame, she doesn't even qualify yet to go on MTVs "Teen Mom" or 16 and Pregnant or whichever other similar program that vile network has on that features and exploits children birthing children.

I really don't think "Multiculturalism" is the problem... poverty is.

Besides, you can not tell people where they "belong" our world is too small for that in this day and age.

I think if these young girls had parents that were educated, these girls wouldn't be allowed to be put in these situations. They would at least have access to birth control pills/condoms.

By the time she hits her "Sweet Sixteen", she will have a child IN THE FIRST GRADE!!!
