Laurence Fishburne's estranged teenage daughter is making good progress dealing with her behavioral issues in rehab.

The Matrix actor's aspiring porn star daughter checked into an inpatient facility in Southern California last month to undergo a 30-day treatment program specializing in anger management.

Her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, is impressed with the 19-year-old's improvement.

Holley tells EOnline.com, "(She is) in a treatment facility and doing incredibly well. I couldn't be happier with her progress."

Montana hit the headlines and fell out with her famous father this summer when it emerged she had shot an explicit adult film for Vivid Entertainment.

Let's hope Montana stays there for another 2 months so the doctors can try to undo the brainwashing.

I doubt if he was the origin of what got her into that mess. Have you not seen her "boyfriend"/pimp who "manages" her? Hardly more than a kid himself but clearly a jerk with a lot of influence over his "girl".

See, this is the thing: All those porn "stars" some here salivate over have dads and moms, too.

Do you think their families are any happier about what they do than Lawrence Fishburne?

Depends.. because when the young daughters and sons of the poorer families start making loot doing porn, the relatives come out the woodwork full of praise with their hands out beggin', they don't care how their babies got that money. (some not all... and its just an example)

Children like Montana tend to have options and resources readily available to them that many families do not. Its hard to wrap my head around it. Most people that decide to do porn do so because that's the best way they can make a decent living.

The one girl with that Kool-Aid colored hair, Pinky, has an interview on youtube where she talks about her family members being in jail and how they get props for showing her videos (her dad included). It's really sad, but for some of those who have more of a hard knock life their sense of "accomplishment" is different from a lot of us...it's creepy for most of us to think of someone's dad sitting in jail for a violent felony, boasting about his baby girl's latest porn movies the way other parents would boast of their children prize ribbons and college degrees, but it does happen, I guess...

That's what I was thinking as well. Montana was in a position where she CHOSE to do it and not because she had to, to make a living. That's why I don't get it.

That's what I was thinking as well. Montana was in a position where she CHOSE to do it and not because she had to, to make a living. That's why I don't get it.

I'm just throwing it out there, but in my own non-informed opinion, I just see a Hollywood child of privilege having an extreme reaction to coming from a divorced home (and I'm just surmising that maybe the divorce and after math period was not an amicable one? ) . Couple that with coming up in a generation of show me, show me, show me... where the ultimate acceptance and role model in life is to make it in front of anyone who watches, in front of a camera, within 42 minutes or less, and have people poor out acceptance via watching you to give you big Nielsen ratings, or voting you the best by telephone, the ensuing public hoopla translating into acceptance, popularity, and money...this kid Montnna is like the prime example to represent the disaster we've created in teaching kids what their priorities should be in this society today.
