Health Insurance Question I know I need to ultimatley talk to a lawyer about this, blah, but looking for insight if anyone has been in a similar situation, cause we have no clue.
Okay, Noah and Daisy have health insurance through the sate, as well as myself, rite now.
My BF is planning on putting the baby and I on his insurance through work in March, he already checked and we don't have to be married for me to be on his policy.
I know that (well I heard that) if I don't have the kids covered it's up to the Father. Jeremy could get them insurance through work, but I know he won't unless forced by a court order because he'd barely get a paycheck if he had to get family benefits, and he wouldn't do it when we were together, so I doubt he's gonna do it now.
My current BF also wants to put Noah and Daisy on his insurance as well, but would Jeremy have to sign some sort of rights over to him in order for him to be able to do that. He has really good benefits, and I'm sure he'd have to pay a lot extra for Noah and Daisy but is willing to do it. My question is, what does their Father have to do in order for that to happen? I've reached in darkness and come out with treasure

Every insurance policy is different.
