I haven't started cussing yet...they already have a note in my file that if I have to cuss the situation has passed critical. I try to apologize first because I know it's not the employees fault. Usually they have been able to resolve their fuckups. Just makes no sense though to fuck with people's money!

It takes some serious simple mindedness to have a business which doesn't comminicate with its customers.

dang, I said they were retards....I thought that was a clue! I was Not even being hypothetical or sarcastic! I truly believe they hire any person remotely resembling Forrest Gump mentality. However they are "working on it" and I could be resolved in 1-10 business days. I told them they have until Wednesday and then it's gonna be ugly if I don't have money to get to work with! Nooo. No hook-ups. I haven't worked for them since the merge with Nations Bank (and when that happened they chose to keep the Bank Of America name because people hated it LESS than the Nations Bank name - true story, that should tell you a lot right there ). They have no right to mess with our money, but they can, because there isn't a damn thing we can do but take it and go elsewhere. They know good and well that most people won't do that. I agree about the communication issues, though. That was part of the complaint in all my letters. They have more of my personal information on file than the damn government. Call. Email. Send an overnight letter! Do SOMETHING. Don't just decide your going to sieze MY MONEY until I notice I can't access it because you THINK there's a problem.

Yay! They fixed it, I got my money this am and I did not have to cuttabish! I'm about to go get the nice rep some Krispy Kremes and get a new card since I still haven't received that, and get my shop on finally!!
