There are slim pickings among really nice-looking avatars these days, but here are a few I really like:

I picked it out myself and I still think it's perfect for CarrieMipples.

Simple and stylish. Looks like it could be a personal seal from the 1500s.

Nice manga drawing and the right size too. Too many avatars try to fit too much into a small space.

Classy with nice colours and shapes. Could be a corporate logo or a cd cover.

I see that the new one has appeared. I don't know if I'll ever really associate it with the real you, but just looking at it makes me laugh. It'll be really hard to take your posts seriously now.

Oh, well the one in my post is the same file as the one you have as avatar. I just right-clicked your avatar and copied the address from the "properties" tab. So it's not a jpg that you can download to your computer unfortunately. You could always do a screen capture though, and cut it out of that.
