Lindsay Lohan STILL hasn't learned her lesson!!

I think she needs to spend at least a year in jail. No time off for good behavior. No special privileges, no house arrest, nothin'! Apparently, she hasn't learned shit from the past couple of years.

TMZ: Lindsay Lohan Fails Drug Test

Updated: Friday, 17 Sep 2010, 8:39 PM EDT
Published : Friday, 17 Sep 2010, 5:17 PM EDT

(NewsCore) - Lindsay Lohan has failed a court-ordered drug test after she tested positive for cocaine, TMZ reported Friday.

The drug test occurred last week, the show business website said. According to the terms of Lohan's probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive result.

Random drug and alcohol tests are a condition of her current probation.

Lohan served 14 days of a 90-day jail sentence this summer for violating the terms of her 2007 DUI probation. She was made to undergo more than three weeks of intense, court-ordered drug rehab following her time in jail.

The troubled 24-year-old actor had remained quiet after her release in August, until she popped up at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards last Sunday.

At the awards show, Lohan appeared in a taped-segment with Chelsea Handler poking fun at her recent stints in jail and rehab.

Entertainment Weekly reported Tuesday that Lohan was under consideration to host the NBC variety entertainment show “Saturday Night Live” December 4.

At this point, she really can't live without it!

Look at this 3-years-old story about how wild Lindsay is:

http://www.hollywood.com/...sh/3807448

HOLLYWOOD - Lindsay Lohan's former bodyguard fears the troubled actress's addictions will kill her.

Lee Weaver, who was Lohan's minder for two years, has worked for a number of Hollywood stars but claims Lohan is the wildest celebrity he's ever met, even more so than former drug addict Robert Downey Jr.

Weaver tells British newspaper News of the World, "I have looked after some of the wildest stars in Hollywood--but never anyone as out of control as Lindsay. She had a total death wish and took more drugs and drank more than anyone I've met.

"I lost count of the times I thought she was overdosing and had to carry her out of parties. Every morning I'd breathe a sigh of relief when she was still alive.

"I'd never heard of her when I was asked to do the job. She was only 18 but it was a nightmare.

"I would pray every night she wouldn't kill herself on my watch. I desperately hope she stops doing drugs but fear that will only happen when she kills someone else with her reckless ways--or kills herself."

Sadly, I'm not surprised at all. Considering both of her parents are addicts (her mom has had alcohol issues in the past and her father was a hardcore cocaine and alcohol addict who went to jail for drug-fueled assault issues), she's probably genetically predisposed to addiction issues. Add to that her dysfunctional childhood with her being the family's breadwinner and her mother actively going to parties with her instead of doing responsible parenting, and you have all the signs of a really messed up individual.

And as far as the drug issues go, I know everyone here wonders when she will get her act together, but in the end she has to want to clean up herself first. I'm sure she probably has a death wish right now, and while I wouldn't say Lindsay is suicidal, she probably is quite depressed and uses drugs and alcohol to drown out her emotional issues, and subsconscoiusly doesn't see herself having a long future life, which only fuels her desire to live recklessly now.

Nothing I've ever read or seen in media coverage of her suggests she's that well acquainted with consequence.

Sooo, none of this latest news surprises me. I'm sure she'll be let out early again. shrug

And, I don't say this lightly:

They're letting these young folks off waaaay too easy these days. This girl needed serious consequences to snap her out of this foolishness. Now it appears that they've given that silly Paris Hilton a Get Out Of Jail card as well confused

Paris Hilton avoids jail time in felony drug possession case

September 18, 2010 | 8:33 am

Paris Hilton will avoid jail time after being arrested last month in Las Vegas on suspicion of cocaine possession under a plea deal announced late Friday.

Under the deal, Hilton will plead guilty to two misdemeanors, serve one year probation, pay a $2,000 fine and serve 200 hours of community service.

Hilton has denied that a purse in which the cocaine was found belonged to her. But she said that other items inside, including asthma medication, credit cards and $1,300 in cash, were hers, according to a police report.

Hilton was arrested with her boyfriend, Cy Waits, who was driving the black SUV stopped by police after officers said they smelled marijuana.

A police lieutenant found 0.8 grams of cocaine in a purse Hilton was carrying. She is expected to be charged with felony drug possession by Clark County prosecutors, based on the police report.

The plea agreement, obtained by the Las Vegas Review Journal, states that: "Defendant shall stay out of trouble. Defendant agrees that an arrest for any charge, excluding minor traffic violations for which a citation is issued, shall result in the immediate termination of her probation and the execution of the suspended sentences."

The paper quoted the district attorney as saying he hoped the deal would prompt Hilton to stay out of trouble.

I don't know how Paris got off with that "that's not my purse" excuse. Everything else in the purse belonged to her. They could have found a receipt for the purse in the purse paid with a credit card in her name, and she would have still tossed that lie out there.

Lindsay should pull some Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes shit and head to a place like the Honduras to find herself. I think once she can learn how to help others then she might be able to help herself. She's obviously struggling. I hate to think what her rock bottom is.

Lindsay Lohan Freed On Appeal, Bail Granted

Trent PinkisthenewBlog.com 09/25/10 09:13 AM

Despite the best efforts of Judge Elden Fox to try and exert his judicial powers by attempting to force to endure a 30 day jail sentence by remanding her to jail without bail on a misdemeanor charge, Appeals Judge Patricia Schnegg has overturned Judge Fox's ruling and ordered that Lindsay MUST be allowed to post bail for her misdemeanor infraction. As a result, just hours after L. Lo was processed, booked and mug shot at Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, CA yesterday morning, was freed on bail late last night:Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan

Judge Schnegg ruled that, "as a matter of right", Lindsay must be afforded the same opportunity to post bail on a misdemeanor charge and (10% of) $300,000. later she is, once again a free woman:

Lindsay's horribly enabling mother Dina Lohan was on hand to collect her daughter from jail late last night and decided to treat L. Lo to a late night dinner as soon as she got sprung. Check out those photos, after the jump …

Now that Lindsay is free, again, she must once again wear a court-ordered alcohol-monitoring SCRAM bracelet and will be required — again — to refrain from drinking and must — again — submit to random drug testing. Tho, if yesterday's shenanigans are any indication, there is no real inhibitor to keep Lindsay from drinking or taking whatever the Hell she wants … as long as she can pay her way out of jail, she's pretty much got free reign. On the plus side, tho, yesterday's jail stint was her second longest because as you may recall, she was only jailed for about 84 minutes the first time she was incarcerated back in 2007. Lindsay will still have to return to court on October 22 to face Judge Fox again … and very well could be arrested and thrown back in jail — again. But if I were the Teflon Girl like Lindsay Lohan, I wouldn't sweat it for one second. The girl seems unincarcerateable. Let's hope this uncanny ability to avoid punishment won't lead to her early demise.

I hope the best for her actually. But someone should really be in her corner to help her to find a way out of the lifestyle she's leaving and revive her career.
