BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A doctor involved in an "on-again, off-again" relationship apparently tried to force her way into her boyfriend's home by sliding down the chimney, police said Tuesday. Her decomposing body was found there three days later.

Seen through a fence, emergency personnel break down a chimney at a residence in Bakersfield, Calif. to recover the body of a woman that had died inside the chimney on Aug. 30, 2010. I think she was in an "on again off again" relationship but I am not 100% sure.
Poor lady...that would suck. I wonder why this shit never happens to Santa?

Man, love will make people do some stupid stuff. You'd think doctors would be a little brighter than the average bear, but no. Poor woman. Rest in peace.

Love..............the big illusion.

Years ago (late 80s or so), they found a human skeleton in a chimney here in Madison. At first, they thought it was a woman because of the clothing found with the body (a paisley dress, point-toed lace-up boots). But after they did an autopsy, they discovered that it was actually a small man who was dressed like a woman.
The mystery has never been solved. The building was close to the University of Wisconsin campus, so they don't know if the guy was a college student who dressed in drag for Halloween, got onto a rooftop and fell down the chimney. Or, on the possibly criminal side, if he was a tranny who was murdered by a sexual partner who expected him to be a woman and then stuffed his body into the chimney.
Some years ago, they did a forensic facial reconstruction, trying to see if the recreated face might help identify the man. But it's still a cold case here. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

At first I thought it was me - reading the same bit.

That ain't love. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

But Love drove her 2 it...........

Temptation, then? The kinda temptation that'll make ya do thangs.
Really stupid thangs. | |

Again, that ain't love. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

That's a damn shame.
Ain't no dick on this PLANET(or any other planet ) good enough to make me do no shit like that. "Bring friends, bring your children and bring foot spray 'cause it's gon' be funky." ~ Prince

Actually the Type A personality that most doctors are tend to have more mental issues, stress issues, neediness issues, narcissistic issues. It seems to me the smarter you are, the more that brain power gets a little wonky. It's like the overactive brain just runs out of smart things to do.
Note that you don't see true retarded people flipping out and shooting people and other dumb shit.

There are many levels 2 "love" but good & bad.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
I disagree. True love does not make you self destructive. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

In theory u are correct........but people die every day 4 the "other" kind of love. Prisons are full because of the "other" kind of love.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Again, I will not agree that that is love. I won't even stoop to call it love. People might think it is, but it isn't.
We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

There is something very wrong with this story! My foul play radar is going off like crazy. Yes, I know I watch way too much "Criminal Minds"!
Here's an update from a local website.
I highlighted the interesting parts. I just want to know what happened to the ladder she used to get up to chimney and why is it that no one saw it, when she was first reported missing? I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

Not in anyway
If anything it makes you make better decisions and take better care of yourself
"love" made her do this = NOT !

No argument.......but U can't convince that folks that feel this way that they are NOT in Love.

That's the only thing that came to mind as read this shit. No better for her nutty ass. Excuse me while I laugh at this dumb bunny

I was also wondering after reading the snippets how they came to the conclusion she climbed in vs. somebody put her ass there.
And where's the boyfriend? Still in a foreign country? [Edited 9/1/10 11:21am]

The saddest thing of all is that nobody seems to have missed him. They tried DNA matching for any possibilities in the missing persons file and came up empty.
It's awful to think that someone could just be gone like that - and nobody who knew him even wondered where he went. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Yeah it is sad...and there are many John/Jane Doe cases out there. Proud Memaw to Seyhan Olivia Christine ,Zoey Cirilo Jaylee & Ellie Abigail Lillian

SO let me get this straight, as I'm not 100% sure I got what they were trying to say. She apparently tried to force her way into her boyfriend's home by sliding down the chimney, right?
