Ok here is my list:

1. Chicharito Hernandez (was five rows away from him behind the gaolie @ the MLS vs Manchester game. The guy NEVER turned around to greet people... but whatever)

once i was a fan of roberto baggio, since i watched him kicking "my" teams arse

i don't like too many current players my favorite current player would be rafael van der vaart.

i call it soccer too, one of our national games is Gaelic Football, so it saves confusion.

Why would a professional turn around in a game to greet the fans?

I did, but Sky have a huge American contingent among their customers that would be mighty puzzled if anybody called a sport in which you play a ball with your foot "football", as it might even lead suicide attempts out of frustration and overall confusion.

ye were lucky yesterday.

I became completely enamoured of all the new youngins' who made up our German team for the World Cup. They were all energetic and just outstanding. Unfortunately a host of better funded first league clubs across Europe have snatched them all up and they've left . Now I got bupkus.

I'd call a saved penalty, control of most passes played in that game and still only a draw as a result rather unlucky!
