WTF?
Even if you disregard the bondage stuff, that's a seriously creepy place! What is that room with the ladder supposed to be? Some kind of lair for deranged hobbits? And it all looks so moldy and filthy.
Even if the land was worth the price I wouldn't want to bulldoze the house. Who knows what might turn up underneath it?
