Looking for an apartment Should I tell my broker/ Licensed Real Estate Salesperson right away that I work for a temp agency, but am willing to pay a few months upfront or should I wait until I schedule an appointment with him to tell him.? I have two years of rent saved up and been at the same temp job for over 3 months. My past employer I was with for 2 years. unlucky7 reincarnated

Do not volunteer that sort of information - on the phone or in an interview! You'll be asked to list your past and present employment on the application, so do that and let it go.
Do not offer to pay additional rent up front. Are you crazy? Nobody (especially in the current economy) knows what their employment situation will be a year from now. You have plenty in savings - keep that money in the bank, keeping what little interest it's earning for yourself.
Two years at your former employer is long enough to indicate your stability - unless there was a huge gap between that employment and your current temp position. How's your credit report? Because they'll run it. As long as your credit's good and you can afford the rent (based on your income), they have no reason to deny you.
Good luck! We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
