lol I was probably a little girl. If it's late 80s, I had to be about age three to five. I didn't know what these were until I went into a few dresser drawers of the women in my home. Now I just look back and laugh. Good Lord. XD

All I know is we're NEVER see a commercial where the son is asking the father a question that deeply personal.

Son: Dad, can I ask you a personal question?

Father: Sure. What is it?

Son: Do you scratch your balls?

I remember this commercial. I was tween-aged girl back then. Never thought of beaches the same after that. lol

I also remember the parody Michael Jordan did when he guest-hosted "Saturday Night Live" in the late 80s/early 90s.

I thought it was the one where she asked her mom, "Do you ever get that not-so-fresh feeling"?

Man, we bombed each other on the basketball team with that line all the time in high school. Miss a shot? "Hey, Jimmy must have that not-so-fresh feeling!" Get blown by off a dribble? "You've just been given that not-so-fresh-feeling!"

OK, so what. We were young.

Yep, Jordan's parody was of the "not-to-so-fresh" commercial. I just thought it was insane he actually did the douche commercial skit. Funny stuff...

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Mom was probably relieved it was just vinegar and water - and not what she used to use...
