That, to me is the biggest and most important remembrance of childhood...on my grandparent's farm...there was a whole field where daffodils went wild and would bloom after the winter...and that when I knew spring had arrived...I still have fantasies about those daffodils...and the scent...if I had a choice to pass away naturally...
