This is why I laugh whenever Graycap moans about the Bulls front office;
Since LeBron was drafted in 2003, the Knicks have lost more games than any other NBA team. Here, what we hope is a last look back at all 72 players to hit the Garden floor in that era.

If the Lakers get this kid, it's pretty much 3peat for real. He gives them a 2/3 guy that can spell Kobe, tough as nails, and can play the 3. delonte West would be great to pick up, too, but now that they have Blake and re-signed Fish, I don't see a chance for that happening. I see your point but my misery does NOT deserve company. No matter how bad the B(kn)ricks are, my team is just as bad. 2 make matters worst, the players the Bulls have gotten rid of, are better than most of the players they have kept. Can the Knicks make that claim?

A player who wants 7 million more guaranteed dollars before his career ends and/or the new CBA renders much of the pay scheme irrelevant. Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016

Or maybe Jordan should concentrate on building a team here in Charlotte that can compete with the big three. It's really getting old. Boston had a big three and no one seemed to have a problem with it. Shaun Phillips talked about it to Skip Shitless on First Take this morning. Jordan should choose his words carefully or the big three will kick the Bobcats ass mercilessly 4 times a season and Wade already has a dislike for the Bobcats as it is. There were already some heated words between the teams last season. Don't laugh at my funk

But Larry was 'The Man' on his team, and would never think about asking Magic to join him(or join magic in LA).
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Wrong big three. I'm speaking of Piece, Allen, and KG. Remember KG originally rejected the trade saying he wanted to stay in Minnesota but Pierce admitted all three of the guys talked about struggling with their respective teams and the possibility of them winning a title if they played together prior to KG changing his mind. It's a different time in the NBA. You think Pau Gasol hesitated when he got a chance to get the hell out of Memphis to play with Kobe. Don't laugh at my funk

I don't mind what they did necessarily. Magic was drafted into a situation where he got to play with Cap, and LA later engineered the acquisition of Worthy.
Bird got to play with McHale and Parrish, not to mention Dennis Johnson, due to shrewd moves by the C's FO.
Erving got Moses, and with Toney, Cheeks, and Bobby Johnson, the Sixers formed one of the greatest teams of all time.
The Spurs tanked a year when the Admiral was hurt and by sheer luck got Big Fundy.
The C's (Big Three) and L's (Shaq-Kobe, then Kobe-Gasol) have made moves to get them back on top this decade. Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016
