Hedo's excellent at the 'point forward' spot. But didn't he decide to opt out of his contract with Orlando?

Now that u mention it........I think u are right but they should have resigned the guy and never let him walk.

...but Hedo should have realized how good he had it in Orlando. He's perfect for what the Magic do.

Hedo was the difference last year. They would have beaten Boston this year had they kept him because he's productive in so many other ways VC isn't, and going back to his days in Sactown, he's got that pressure-cooker playoff experience, which Vince did not have.

Word was Orlando was trying to get him back sometime last month.

Childress and Hedo help keep the Suns' momentum. Now the Suns have a Point Forward distributor that can add a year or so to Nash's career by reducing his trips into the paint. Childress is a good rebounder and all-around 12-10 player. Great pickups.

This article made my heart sink, knowing Isiah's trying to weasel his way back into the organization.

True, but they paid the price for the threepeat AND to avoid him being a part of why their defeat at the hands of the Heat next year. Plus, if I were Mitch, there's no price tag too high to keep Kobe Bryant off my back.

Then the Knicks deserve what they get and I'll no longer feel sorry for them.

I never cared for Isaiah as a player, though I respected the hell out of him as a player. There was always something unseemly about him, at least to me from the outside looking in.

Must be the fact that he was simply the best damn point guard in basketball period

next to Magic during that era. lol

They would be extremely tough to beat if they added Barnes to

the mix. Is Orlando even trying to extend him?

I think 3 is past his shelf life, but they may be taking into account a lockout that could cost the NBA part of (or all of) a season in 2011-2012. So Fisher may actually only play 2 or 2.5 of those 3 seasons.

MJ rejected the 3-team trade that would've sent Hedo to PHX. Stay tuned.

Which is easily foreseeable if there's a lockout. He's played as many seasons as Kobe and is 4 years older. If he has to sit in 11-12, he may not want to come back. He'd make a great coach.

Nice pickup for Denver.

They need the length to compete with LA. Especially if Nene never regains his form.

But that whole All-Star freezeout thing, the walking off the court after getting his tail whipped in 1991, and even some of the stuff that Magic put out there last year, along with his Knicks tenure, that all has something to do with it too.

I remember hearing about Magic putting Isaiah on blast for something in the past.

I remember Barkley talking about it on a talk show or something and he stated Magic

shouldn't have done it. Barkley said yes Isaiah made some mistakes but it was 20

years ago.
