Looks like some sort of black calmar or squid to me. Not a jellyfish.

It´s either a calmar/squid or maybe a sepia fish. Definitely looks like sepia to me.

it's a Cuttlefish...but in all of my studies I've never seen one THAT dark on before but it may be the picture.

They can change to very dark colours in the blink of an eye... But that looks jet black

hmmm I don't think so. It appears to be umbrella-shaped, with perhaps a "sucker" end or an anchor point closest to the wall. It doesn't move like a cuttlefish (and, therefore, not like a sepia). Now I'm curious.............I've got some research to do.

Maybe a sea otter or something caught in a black plastic bag?lol But seriously, could be....see the way the end nearest the wall lifts out of the water near the end of the video, almost like it's trying to breathe? Usually, most sea creatures ain't gonna stick a portion of its body out of the water like that.

Thanks..It was filmed in the south of portugal in a marina.

I was thinking a squid or ray but dont know.

Guy posted it on a portugal site...he asked what is was.

I fon't know but would like to.
