I like the Captain America costume better with each time I see it, but I just don't get a "W.W. II" vibe from it.
The Thor costume is horrible. I hope they refine it before filming.
I want to see how they do the Wasp without making her look like a "Goth" Tinkerbell.
Only a small section if the film is meant to be in WW2...the rest is going to be 'a man out of his own time' movie (California Man????) so I imagine this is the modern outfit...I wouldn't be suprised if the original outfit with head wings etc got a cameo before he's frozen and thawed
as for Thor - I'd seen the headshot before but not the full body images...that looks like a man in a business suit....with a cape

I think it would look better if he was filled out more. Thor's like 500+ pounds in the comics.

Aahhh...makes sense..I definitely like it more now.
By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!
Ah, but you don't know that. Why's that? Because they decided to take the easy way out. I still say...if you find yourself saying "We'll have to change it because it won't translate to film", get your ass off the film and let someone who can do it do it...
Sorry, but no.
Can you imagine a real live man in yellow spandex being at all intimidating? It just would not work.
See, I don't believe that. I think anything's possible...if you have the right individuals involved.

From what i've heard, CA is going to take place during WW2 and end with Cap pulling a Titanic....which will segueway into the Avengers finding him at the beginning of their movie...
• Did you first think Prince was gay? •
Wendy: He’s a girl, for sure, but he’s not gay. He looked at me like a gay woman would look at another woman. Lisa: Totally. He’s like a fancy lesbian.

Wow, they're really sticking to the source material - sweet!
For 'The Avengers', I guess Loki will manipulate The Hulk into going on a rampage, bringing the heroes together to stop him.

No just the start and then he crashes, gets frozen and wakes up in modern times-
Avi Arad: "The biggest opportunity with Captain America is as a man 'out of time', coming back today, looking at our world through the eyes of someone who thought the perfect world was small-town America. Sixty years go by, and who are we today? Are we better?" [Edited 6/10/10 0:44am]
