Kick Ass was good even though I had no intention of seeing it I'm glad I did. Violent as hell but worth it.

Death at a funeral was funny I was concerned the trailers revealed too much, but they just scratched the surface of the funny.

In fact I've really enjoyed most of the movies I've seen these last few weeks Date Movie, Terry's one, the Dragon one, the wimpy kid one.

I really liked it. Had some fantastic images and scenes with strange surrealism combined to that 70's film look I love.

and Bergman rhymes with Herman mushy

i really love his work, and the fact that Ingrid Thulin was present in a lot of it.

she had such strong yet gracefully subtle presence to her:

I was a bit disappointed with the movie. There was a lot of "the other side" stuff that just dragged on. There was also a lot of shots of the girl just having a scared look on her face. It was like watching a Kubrick film or something at times.

I've been taking notes from you, Ray nod LOVE almost anything from the Criterion Collection btw.

Me...

GREAT documentary from a Swedish filmmaker,,,,nothing like I expected though, which is a great thing because I thought I was about to see another "cliche film about a fallen soul singer". For those who love the PIR music, you're gonna ADORE this.

Was kick-ass really funny? I'm in the mood for a laugh-out-loud funny movie.
I liked Zombieland--it was the last movie that made me laugh. The very
predictable scene where Bill Murray get's 'shot' had me in stitches despite.

I would say the last good movie I saw was one with John Cuzak and Al Pacino
where Al plays a mayor and John Cuzak his right-hand man. I don't know the
name of the movie though. falloff
