i recently moved house and couldn't really find anything to hang on the walls that i liked. so an aunt made me the quilt and then i did this painting to kind of match it. i'm rather happy with it, which is a rarity with my own paintings. 
this is another thing that i made. my parents kept a scrapbook of all the stuff i took home from kindergarten. this one was made by me when i was about 4 or 5. it was stuck on some wrinkled white A4 so i cut it out and stuck it on a black bg, framed it and voila. perhaps it's kinda iffy to have your own 'art' in your home but it gives the place a bit more of a personal feel, for me anyway, so that's why i like it. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |
