I'm definitely getting it. I thought Red Dead Revolver was an OK game, and this just looks like MAJOR improvement!

I might rent it. I'm looking forward to Blur and I just pre-ordered Alan Wake. The demo for Blur is pretty fun.....it's like Need For Speed & Mario Kart combined. lol You can play with up to 20 people online. Total chaos.

I chose 3d Dot Game Heroes instead.

Does look good though despite my loathe for mind numbing shooting games, music in the trailer is great.
Probably the most realistic horses put to game yet.

remember that Rockstar got 'Red Dead Revolver' from Capcom. 'Red Dead Redemption' seems to be rockstar trying to get redemption for 'Red Dead revolver.'

As anyone that has seen it knows it is GTA old West.

I will pick it up when it it's price is cut.

I wish Rockstar would make another game along the lines of The Warriors. Obviously they can't build too much on that given the source material, but maybe an original franchise with similar gameplay would be nice. Where are the present day Streets of Rage and Final Fights and Double Dragons?

I wish Rockstar would hurry up and release San Andreas on the PS3, until then I'm not buying anything of theirs full price

I got very tired of the last GTA spin off suprisingly quickly compared to how long I usually play them for. I think it's just because I'm bored of the setting rather than the actual game though.

Still haven't gotten this yet, but I've been playing Alan Wake.....and it is awesome. It's influenced by Stephen King & Twin Peaks. Nice soundtrack too. The makers of Max Payne did this one.

Got both Alan Wake and Red Dead Redemption....

Alan Wake is not bad but coulda been better, Red Dead is just like GTA4 but in the cowboy / western times, if you were into GTA then you'll like it. You can do stuff like tie people up and leave em on the traintracks to get run over if you're bored.

So what's the verdict for those of you who have the game?
