If Mr. & Mrs. Woods signed a prenuptial agreement (I sure they did) it doesn't matter where Mrs. Woods files for divorce, their prenup is legally binding agreement no matter where the divorce papers are filed. Children, can't have their rights protected by a prenuptial agreement. The Court will always make a decision concerning support, custody, & visitation, depending on the best interestes of the child at the time of the divorce. Could Mrs. Woods challenge their prenuptial agreement? Yes. If she can prove (a) the agreement was made under duress. (b) Mr. Woods misrepresented his self worth. Sorry guys, being a philanderer isn't just cause to void a prenuptial agreement.
