To the first question, yes. I do not believe any PERSON leaving a relationship should be allowed to monetarily ruin their partner. Too many judges have tried to make personal slights have an equal financial value and it makes no sense to me. It never has. If money is going to make you feel better about what went wrong in your relationship, well, I don't think I really need to go any farther with that one. In regards to the second part, I don't care what anybody says about Tiger, including Elin. He created his own problems, so he needs to deal with the repercussions. No matter how dirty it gets or how long it takes for him to work through them, because I believe that is the way he needs to be punished. However, he also created his fortune. She had nothing to do with it. Not one damn thing. So imo she has no right to ask for anything more than what would be needed for her children to reach adult age. Whether it's a chunk or alimony, doesn't make any difference to me. But there is no way she deserves anything even close to $750 mil. Or even $100 mil, in my mind. I'll say again, I think he should be ordered to create fund for his children that will keep them set for the rest of their lives, and then MAYBE pay her a reasonable alimony.
