How many episodes have you actuallywatched to make such a statement? I´m pretty certain that you´d love it if you´d watch it.

I'm really looking forward to it.
I was pretty disappointed with "Across the Sea" but I thought "What They Died For" pretty much made up for it.

A lot of things are being left ambiguous, though..... Richard and Frank are two that are hanging....

I'm half excited, half depressed. At least I have True Blood, Dexter and Criminal Minds to take its place.

These two better end up together!

I loved the first series but was really disappointed with the second - so I never watched it after that. I have heard that it got better again though. I might catch up with it when I retire. lol

I've never seen the show. What's it about?

Is it too late to catch up on it before the finale?

This is the only TV show I can think of where you can´t and shouldn´t even miss ONE single episode.
lol
And it is one of the best TV shows ever made. It´s about.....well, I don´t know how to explain it in one or two sentences.

Just watch it, you´ll love it.

I completely agree. I can't wait for it to end, so we don't have to hear about it anymore. I watched the first 3 seasons and finally gave up. My husband couldn't stand it either. We both thought the story line was made up as they went along and become sillier with each show.

The only drama that I take time to watch these days and really love is Dexter.

You're not surprised why? Because I'm not into the show you're into? Because you have better taste? Or you "get it", and I don't? How big of you, Erin. I thought you were a cool chick, but you're really bitchy lately. eek

Don't tell Erin that.

Dexter is brilliant. Most Showtime original series are excellent.

I knew when I started to hear fans say "WTF?" about LOST that it wasn't worth watching. There was an alleged five year plan on it, but I tend to believe they got muddled down at some point and the story writers got desperate.

I think the writer´s strike played a huge part in that. As a fan since day one, I can only say that I have enjoyed every season, each and every episode so far.
It really makes me sad that I won´t see Jack Shepard, Hurley,Sayid, Jin, John Locke and the rest anymore. The storyline was and still is great and could be continued for a couple more years due to the many sidestories in the main story.
It will be impossible for them to give all the answers to the questions in just two remaining episodes.
Magnum PI, The King Of Queens, The Muppets Show, and most of all LOST will always have a special place in my heart.

Really, it´s a mystery to me why you don´t like it.I must admit it takes a lot of dedication to follow LOST but it seems you have other issues with it. What exactly do you dislike about it?

I really love the show. Actually it and the Amazing Race are the only reasons I turn on the telly except for documentaries.

One thing that really got to me was the death count. For me it's ruined what would have been a perfect story. The deaths in season one and season two really had meaning but after that it just turned into a bit of a slashfest.
I'm not sure why the writers felt it necessary. The title of the last episode made me have a faint hope that there would be a reason for all the death but there wasn't.

This is also common in U.S. comic books.....kill off a character and have the death as the plot point or device...then do it again a while later. What the writers don't understand is it forces you to not care about the characters, because eventually they are all disposable.

Seasons four to six, especially, were just carnage, sadly....although I still enjoyed the story. The over use of death as a plot device ultimately ruined the show for me. no no no!

I can't believe the end is tomorrow. bawl

Though I want it to end in a way, I will also feel very sad. It is bittersweet. I heard Terry O'Quinn say that it's like a really good book. You loved reading it, and you don't want it to come to end, but ultimately, you finish the book, and the story stays with you.

I have watched this show since the beginning. I am the type of person that goes overboard with loving things, so this was right up my alley. I think the writing was superb, the acting was stellar and the story line the most unique and gripping I have ever seen on TV. Say what you want, but in my opinion, this was the best TV show ever in the history of TV.

Daniel Dae Kim said that you won't be able to talk about television in this century without mentioning Lost. I totally agree.

It wasn't just a great show, but it introduced me to Josh Holloway too! drool3

I've been a fan of this show since day one and have stayed faithful up until the end. It's been a long time that a television show had characters that you could actually care about and feel it when they died. LOST is amazing and it will live on forever in my DVD collection. Sunday night is going to be insane. I'm recording it all and watching it as soon as I get home from work.

Co-sign 100 % ! Not being able to watch LOST anymore will be something I have to learn how to live with. I really, really love this show and have watched every single episode so far. What a great show this is, what a great chemistry between the actors, what a mysterious, beautiful atmosphere it had.

Wow, just wow.

It's truly the end of an era... the best show in TV history coming to a close. It's a very bittersweet feeling. I'm beyond excited to see how it ends, but I highly doubt there will ever be another show that captivates and fascinates me like this one. I'll miss you, Lost. Namaste.
