I'm a big fan of "The Thomas Crown Affair" too. "Mommie Dearest" did killed Dunaway's career, I know she's sorry as hell she ever did that film. | |

The Thomas Crowne Affair was on TCM over the weekend. That scene where she and Steve McQueen play chess and end up making out has to be one of the sexiest ever.  We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |

They took two days to shoot this scene. A day for the chess and a day for the kiss. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |
