Life is good for me too
I'm really enjoying me, that's why... Which has taken a lot of self analysing, acceptance and realisations of what different choices I have to enable me to feel this good. The past and it's pains have held me back... until I learnt more about them and how I still do some of them today, I was unaware how they still gripped onto me... Becoming aware of myself and how my past affects me, I can then experiment with dealing with difficulties in a different way... ways that I've found are freeing of old patterns and empowering. | |
