Why are people concerned with my health ?

In 2006, I weighed 160 pounds in 2007 it
was 200 lbs. So now im back down to 160 lbs and everybody is all
concerned that I'm too skinny, as opposed to being chunky a few years ago. I don't think it's outrageous to 40 lbs in 3 years. The death of my mom in 2007 led to a lot of eating that I'm just now shedding. The pic I'm my avatar is pretty much the weight I'm at now.I'm 5'8" and my weight is actually above what I'm supposed to weigh. I'm guessing because my coworkers have never seen me this size that keep asking me if I'm okay. Just gets irritating.

It's very irritating! I have always been underweight and people always tell me to "eat something." I eat a lot but I'm just thin. Some people want to assume really thin people have eating disorders but it's not always the case.

I think you look fine based on your pic!

Can't think in pounds pout

However, I can relate. I know many thin people who eat a whole lot! I eat a lot as well and I've never had weight problems. I used to look very thin but I have "improved" over the years. But I absolutely agree it's irritating when people make comments about your eating habits while they don't know nothing about you, your metabolism and your lifestyle.

I actually dropped 6 pant sizes from a 40 to a 34. I look huge on my pics from 2007.
