In this state, you can't even set foot in a bar (including the bar area of a restaurant) unless you're 21. It's a Class C misdemeanor for the underage patron.

Interestingly, if the parent is the one taking the kid into the bar, it's only a Class C infraction, which is technically a civil offense against the state and not a crime.
