My advice, always keep it simple and its best not to mix money. Maybe share the cost with one other or so,but not large groups. It can real complicated real fast that way. So far we have always successfully kept it low budget and everything real near in proximity to everything else. I think public transportation around the city is fairly straight forward and I think there is a fair number of cars in the area by the locals for any oddity that will pop up?

Once all the ideas have flowed in and such, we will work on compiling a main event list/ timings and all other excursions that didnt fit in,or where a bit pricey... peeps might add a day to the front or back or go on other down times.
