I am in California, I don't get cash assistance because I am getting unemployment benefits,but I do currently get $200 in food stamps,and have CMSP (with share of cost).

She wasn't "eligible", so she has to rely on another source for income.

Contact your government for some kind of income disability benefits for your husband. But then again see what has to be done to qualify for disability benefits.

You might qualify for some sort of stay at home caregiver benefits. Or there might be some in home assistance to come in and help look after him. Contact your local social services.

Get some sort of a job whether part time or full-time. Your financial situation will improve and help take the strain off you.
