I don't know how.
I nearly drowned as a child.
Me, too. I had not been in a body of water for 25 years until Nathan/Tron took me into Lake Huron a couple of summers ago.

I was pulled in by my friend's brother when I was 8... He assumed I knew how and left me for dead.
Her mom came in and got me...

I don't trust anyone offering me to learn because of it...

I'll go in and wade around, but to move through it? Fuck it.

I think weused2lubhim didn't complete his or hers thought. Many African Americans never learn how to swim because the swimming facilities in our communities have been few and far between for various reasons. Do I swim? Yes, it's apart of my cross training.

It's been brought to my attention weused2lubhim that you throw out bullshit statements like this often. You should find a website of like minds to espouse such drivel..

You could also check with local universities/colleges (Depaul, UIC, etc.). My university offered swim lessons. (I taught adult swim lessons while in college.)
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Check with their rec center! You will still probably have to pay, but maybe you'll get a student discount. smile
