I'm off them now as much as possible. Occasionally when I've had a really bad day (and normally insomnia so been awake all night) I'll rush out and buy a packet in a fit of weaknes,, smoke a few and then throw the rest away. 
My poison was these:

I will have a puff when I'm out for a drink but as I don't do that much lately...the temptation isn't there. Nope, I don't smoke. But I've wanted to go to a hookah bar/lounge for the past couple of months. I don't think there's one around me tho. Plus I don't think any of my friends would go with me.
