I've used the statistical program R to formulate a general linear model of the rain levels in California as a function of altitude, latitude and distance from the coast. Various models have been considered and we are currently trying to plot the residuals as functions of the same three variables.

Right now, I'm watching Tennessee and Oakland play for the right to go to the Super Bowl. It's 7-7 right now.
