The Last Nip/Tuck I think I had lost count, but tonight I saw in previews for next week that, indeed next week is the last ever Nip/Tuck. I'm sad, but glad. Some shows fulfill their purpose, and it's just time to move on. I'm a bit saddened to hear the lack of input Executive Producer and creator Ryan Murphy had in the last episodes. I guess he can't juggle his baby Glee, and his old child. It took me a while to warm up to the show. I tried watching it early on, but didn't quite click with it. I didn't watch for a couple of years, although I felt like I knew what was going on just from the previews I'd see. I picked up on it on a season finale (!) when the Carver came after Christian, and Sean thought he was coming after him instead. I picked up previous seasons, and did my own marathon to catch up. By the time the Carver episode/season really picked up, I was all on board. I hated that the writer's strike a couple of years ago really fucked up season 5. The show was only supposed to be five seasons, but it was divided and put into 6 total. I'll miss it, but it will be one less show to concentrate on. I try not to have the TV on more than it needs to be. I don't have it on just for the sake of it. I'd rather have music playing. Anyone else watching, and already missing Nip/Tuck? What happened to Kimber? I think they'll show her somewhere far off, with amnesia or just purposely not telling anyone where she's at. Did Matt run off with Eva? Will Sean move to New York or London to be closer to his family? Will he and Christian finally split ways as partners and/or friends? And what about Liz the les? Will she find love, or just wander off to another doctor's office? Maybe she'll open her own.

Love that series but totally lost track after watching two or three seasons on TV and half a season on the internet, sprinkled with reruns of old episodes I´d missed on TV. I´m a bit confused , to say the least.
I think I´ll watch every episode from the season where they move to Hollywood up until the very last one so I can get into it again, even if that means watching some episodes for the second or third time. It's on hiatus here in Denmark at the moment. I'm looking forward to its resuming. Even though it's not exactly my favorite TV series, I do enjoy it. FREE THE 29 MAY 1993 COME CONFIGURATION!

it just hasn't been good as of late... That comes from a couple of things. Season 5, last year, was supposed to be the last. The writer's strike interrupted everything, and the season was cut short. It had to be split into two seasons. (You'll notice the DVD in stores says "Season Five Part One".) We're in part two, but things had to be changed a bit before of that split/strike. Also, Ryan Murphy, creator and executive producer, all but left the show in the dust on his way to take care of his new baby, GLEE. It seems like a cheap ploy to just give up on the show. The actors and writers were a bit put off with the whole thing, and felt the show didn't end as it should have. However it ended, we'll know next week. I think those two factors are a good reason these past two years of season five haven't been quite as good as it could have been. But also, you can only be outrageous for so long before it gets ridiculous. No doubt though, they had some great story lines. The Carver season was spectacular. I kind of wish one of them would have shown up again, and then someone killed them. I still think there will be a twist or something in the last show to make everyone says "WHAT?!"

in an interview she gave to Entertainment Weekly 2 weeks ago, she said her character is actually officially dead, and that Christian having sex with her mother was sort of his closure to that she said she might be back but either in flashback scenes or as a ghost.
