What NERVE!

I got a letter from the bank that funded my car note that I paid off a few years ago. The letter said that my loan is still outstanding and that they are in the process of taking me to court if I don't arrange an agreement with them.

HELLO, EARTH TO YOU THAT CRAP IS PAID OFF!

You have to wonder how many scandalous moves are being made in corporate America to generate revenue for bonuses disbelief

Do you still have the final paperwork?
Just send it to them.

Oh, yeah. That's probably a scam. I've received letters from collection agencies claiming they are collecting for outstanding debts from places I've never heard of. I simply write back, "FUCK YOU AND YOUR SCAM! MESS WITH ME AGAIN AND I'LL HAVE YOUR ASS IN A SLING!"

Exactly. If they were legit, they would have all of that information and would have no need to ask.
