Anybody Cooking for Valentine's Day? What Do You Feel Like Having

So far the only thing I came up with is pork chops.

That, and chocolate mousse....anybody else cooking for V-Day? Anybody got any ideas? Anybody know what the hell I should prepare with pork chops other than the usual broccoli and whole grain side hmmm
