How many of u guys ACTUALLY BELIEVE all the crap that is used in TV ads in order to sell all this useless yoghurts that are supposed to b good for your digestive system and help u "balance" your immune system and have all these weird and wonderful ingredients or bacterial chemicals that are supposed to OH SO good for u????
One advert that comes to my mind is the Activa Challenge one with Jamie Lee Curtis!! I have never heard such a load of garbage in all my life!!!!! Dude, do some research on live and active cultures. Yogurt has had them for hundreds of years, way before Jamie Lee Curtis, and they've always been found to be beneficial to the digestive system.

One advert that comes to my mind is the Activa Challenge one with Jamie Lee Curtis!! I have never heard such a load of garbage in all my life!!!!! There really isn't anything healthy about yogurt. Ignore the vitamin/pro-biotic crap. If you want to aid your digestion, greatly increase your fruit and veggie intake. 5 servings of fruit (to inlcude the king of digestive aids, apples and mangos) will be so much more beneficial. What yogurt companies fail to tell you is that 75% of the substance in yogurt (in America) is sugar. They are allowed to call it fructose, succrose, and other names, but when you add up all those names, it shows at least 75% of the product is sugar. There is NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING healthy about consuming yogurt in America. I've never viewed it as healthy--it's junk food. A quick, delicious breakfast for those of us who enjoy yogurt. In America (and Asia), much of the yogurt you buy doesn't even have real yogurt in it--much of it is a fructose/weigh protein mixture ---the high sugar content is necessary so you don't taste the nastiness underneath. Eat fruits and veggies. But lawd do I miss British yogurt is to isn't / dramatic change in meaning edit [Edited 2/11/10 16:43pm] Oh, shut up. I eat Stonyfield Farms plain yogurt and it's delicious and sweetener-free. And the king of digestive aids is papaya.

Tsatsiki consists of cold yoghurt diluted with water and it contains a hint of garlic, shredded cucumber bits and salt and a bit of dried peppermint leaves (crushed) and a dash of olive oil on top.Tastes delicious in the summertime. Love that stuff with some pita bread! pita bread make crispy first though ymmmmu

I prefer yoghurt if it's used in savoury dishes, rather than sweet dishes.

Yeah, that Chobani brand has just as much protein as a protein bar. I'd much rather eat a cup of Greek yogurt than a nasty chalky protein bar. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

This is a brand of Greek Yogurt... I can't stand it, though. The peach one is really good, or any of the "fruit on the bottom" kind. I do get a taste for the Breyer's Fruit on the Bottom sometimes. They're really sweet, but I have a major sugar tooth, so I don't mind. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)
