Ok, i used to have asthma and here are some tips that worked for me... Drink hot tea with honey in it (dont know if honey does anything but it makes it taste good and thats what i have always done  )
Put on a pot of water and boil it and breath in the steam, becareful not to burn yourself... try to control your breathing, relax and think your airways open.. I know it sounds dumb but the power of the mind over the body is alot more powerful than people think.. ~~~~~ Oh that voice...incredible....there should be a musical instrument called George Michael... ~~~~~ | |
