How do you store your shoes? I'm not asking because I'm overly curious about your personal space. I just need some shoe-organizing ideas, and I know there are some real shoe-lovers here on the org. I don't have that many shoes--maybe a dozen pairs or so--and right now I just throw them all on a shelf in my closet. Anybody got any better solutions? Just nothing over the door, because I've never seen one that looked decent. Thank you for your ideas! | |

I keep a shoe rack near my front door. The rest are on display on bookshelves in my bedroom.

^^^I could see that bookshelves idea being really stylish. Does it look cool?
My shoes aren't display-worthy, so I don't think I could do that. Plus, I've got way too many books...I can't sacrifice any precious bookshelf space.

. [Edited 4/10/10 15:00pm] Eh, it looks stupid right now.  I don't like the shelves they're on. My bedroom is the last room for me to do. Right now it's just a hodge podge of old furniture, other than my bed.
But eventually, it'll look really cool.  |
