I always thought Tales From The Darkside was a network TV show, not cable.

Not really but you're right, it wasn't cable TV, Tales From The Darkside was one of those shows aired in syndication like Solid Gold and Small Wonder. I used to watch that, plus GLOW Wrestling and Freddy's Nightmares (which took over Tales for a short period), Saturday nights in the 80s.

Syndication, that's right. I remember now. And GLOW wrestling, that brings back memories. Although my college roommate and I were bigger fans of POWW.

How about Deadwood? I used to watch that but got distracted. I loved the chick who played Calamity Jane. She was terrific!

I had to throw that in because whenever I think about Tales, I remember those days and the shows that used to come on around that time, my sis and I were big GLOW wrestling fans, those women wrestlers with their no rappin asses lol (you can find those clips on Youtube), plus I enjoyed WWE (WWF) and Houston Wrestling w/ Paul Bosche in the mid 80s.

Freaks and Geeks

Loved the show, and didn't know that it was made by Judd Apatow untill later.

If I'm not mistaken this was a follow-up to "Freaks & Geeks"...

It's still the best thing he's ever done by a long shot. Undeclared wasn't nearly as good (and neither were any of the movies).
