Pretty much anytime I do anything fun. confused

I'm a nightowl living an early-bird life (I have to wake up at 5:30am for work, and I don't expect that to change basically ever). Sometimes I stay up late anyway, and I don't do well with less than 7-8 hours of sleep, so I get punished harshly for it. My job requires that I actually be alert, focused, and personable at 7:30am. shake
