The movie "high noon"

Its old but I think the movie still hasn't dated. Sure some of the supporting cast isn't very good (Grace Kelly is rubbish), but Gary Cooper's understated way of acting is oddly quite modern.

Its also very stark and very well edited. Critics rave about it but in this case with good reason. The moral of the story is quite sad and unfortunately, very true to life. Its also set in real time which is highly unusual for any film period. Iam sure theres only a handful of films that have ever unfolded in realtime?

If you havn't seen it, please do. I don't like westerns much, but this is a great film.
