i agree. never saw it, but the commercial for it looked bad. Looks like they turned into a High School Musical douche bag fest...with empty character development.

You CANNOT remake a movie like that. It's like it was a time capsule for that era.

I haven't seen it, but ironically enough I had gotten the first two seasons of the TV series on DVD, and watched all of them instead of that remake.

i'm soooo glad i paid a dollar for this...i'd be shooting the theater up
