I'm astonished.
I haven't been there for about 7 years but that place holds some sentimental value for me ...next they're going to tell me that they're closing Sardie's and 21 and then I'm going to cry my eyeballs out I'm mad now. I don't know why, but I'm just mad and this has put me in a really sour mood.

It is my understanding that the restaurant will re-open in a few months under new ownership. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I ate there when i visited NYC a few years ago! I was a bit underwhelmed with the place. Are there several rooms you can eat in? I kinda got the impression that there was. There was a guy who had been snorting coke at the next table.. he sounded gross. Constantly snorting back at the table [Edited 12/30/09 11:07am]

We still have the cheesecake factory Yeah a friend was telling me I needed to come to say goodbye. Like that's a good reason for a trip.
