I never found artificially blonde hair(or any lighter colored hair) to be complimenting on black women.

But seem like I'm giving her a pass on this one she wear it well.

But I agree, black/dark brown hair was waaaaay more gorgeous and becoming for her

I know EMO is like sooooo 2006/2007, but I think she could rock it.

it's not really the hair color that's the problem. it's that it doesn't cover up that freakish giant-ass forehead any more.

This is something that irks me about Asians here in Thailand.
Too many are wearing blonde, red, and light brown hair, and it simply fights their completions rather complimenting them.

I'm actually working on a blog about it, but the problems in Asia ore far more pervasive than just wanting a 'new look'. There is tremendous social pressure to 'bleach the dark' out of their skin.

I don't get the Ri Ri thing, she looks like something prince would have banged in the 80's in the 90's and tossed aside never to be heard from again.

Yes, for her to be so fashion forward it's odd that she hasn't experimented more with her hair and has kept pretty much the same look. I think a darker color would look awesome on her.
