The song was about a much more cultural place called Lark Lane, so if you visit, go to Lark Lane not Penny Lane cause you will be disapointed haha | |

question for for my LGBT orgers. upon labeling your sexual orientation(which labeling is bad, but i digress) does anyone mind using the term queer, instead of gay or lesbian or bisexual,etc. my lesbian co worker states that she likes using this term, because it implies the who community as one. what do you think? im fine with either term. i usually don't use both thought. | |

gay used to be the term that defined the whole community until some feminist lesbians in the 70s and 80s decided they wanted to be called lesbains instead of gay woman and thus causing the community to fragment into gay lesbian bisexual transgender queer questioning intersexed and asexual.
