It depends,

If I am reading a book I much prefer fantasy.
For some music I like reality, but some is more suited to fantasy.
For sex, I think I prefer fantasy tinged reality.
For violence, I prefer fantasy.
For emotions, I prefer reality
For food, I prefer reality, but enter the fantasy world occasionally to indulge myself.
For work, I prefer fantasy, but hopefully that will change.

Prince is real, but the tone of his music is fantasy, especially stuff like Parade. The Beatles, too, stuff like Strawberry Fields & The Walrus I'd call fantasy, or fantastic in the true sense.

To reiterate about food, I definitely prefer the fantasy that meat is not the flesh of animals.
