Scrubs - I was seriously addicted to that show for the last couple of years. It aired easily 4-8x a day, and I made a point of watching it most of the time. I think I've seen every season minus the last two at least 5x. The bromance between Turk and J.D. was classic.
Psych - Both shows made my Fridays. Psych is great for the nostalgia and cultural references, and constantly cracks me up. Monk - His OCD made me curious about the show, and became hooked quickly. Altho I didn't like how it was supposedly filmed in SF, when it was mostly the occasional exterior shot. "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

No wonder I don't watch TV anymore. Most of those shows are awful, in my opinion. Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Let'a celebrate his legacy by counting down the most beloved Prince albums, as decided by you!

To all you UK Orgers out there, are they playing season 2 of Merlin on the BBC? They played season 1 here on NBC last summer. I really like the show (good cast, great stories). I hope NBC plays season 2 of Merlin next summer as well.

1. "The Sopranos"--love it!
2. "Lost"--couldn't get into it, maybe some day on DVD I will. 3. "The Wire"--too serious for me the time I tried to watch it. Obviously good, though. 4. "Mad Men"--currently my favorite show (non-comedy) watching on DVD. Didn't think I'd like it that much but it's so well done. Understated, as my brother so eloquently put it. 5. "American Idol"--eh, I like the beginning episodes & the final ones, but this one has lost its luster for me. No interest anymore. And I have not had the urge to buy a single tune from a single contestant. That says what it really is--TV, not music. 6. "Deadwood"--love it in the beginning, but I quickly lost interest. 7. "Sex and the City"--I can enjoy an episode here & there 8. "Arrested Development"--loved it, maybe my favorite comedy of the decade. It was even better the second time around on DVD. 9. "Friday Night Lights"--never watched it, I'm surprised this is on the list. 10. "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart"--love it, but I don't have cable, and haven't rented it so I've missed 99% of it. 11. "Freaks and Geeks"--only seen some of this, and it's okay, but maybe a bit overrated IMo 12. "The West Wing"--this, like ER always seemed "too perfect" to me, and annoyed me even though maybe it's a decent show. 13. "The Office"--despite a rough beginning, and my opinion that the show was totally unnecessary, it's become one of my favorites of all time. A worthy companion to the British series, different, more American, and just as good. It sometimes dips into sugary sweetness, that is the only real flaw. 14. "30 Rock"--love it, it is more laugh out loud funny even than Office or Arrested Development. But it's not as original, perhaps. 15. "Survivor"--have enjoyed it here & there, especially inthe beginning, but I don't really watch anymore. 16. "Battlestar Galactica"--perhaps my favorite show of the decade. Another surprise, as I hated the original. As is always said, it's a great drama set in space, but it is not really science fiction. Had some thin spots over the years, but always brought itself back to greatness. Great acting, great stories. But I wonder if I cold watch it again? 17. "The Shield"--never seen it I have heard it's good 18. "Dexter"--seen one episode, kind of liked it. 19. "CSI"--used to love this, but not interested anymore. 20. "Buffy the Vampire Slayer"--uh, good for you Buffy! Maybe it's good, I have no interest in finding out. Left out--6 Feet Under--the thirtysomething of it's time (if that is good or bad I don't know!), I really got into it, despite how uber-sensitive it is. Hated the final episode, however. Agreed wholeheartedly. I really wish it would die already. 9. "Friday Night Lights"--never watched it, I'm surprised this is on the list.
You're only surprised because you never watched it. It's a good show (and sometimes it's great). 20. "Buffy the Vampire Slayer"--uh, good for you Buffy! Maybe it's good, I have no interest in finding out.
It's good (and so is Angel). I resisted for years, but finally sat down and watched it in the last year. Left out--6 Feet Under--the thirtysomething of it's time (if that is good or bad I don't know!), I really got into it, despite how uber-sensitive it is. Hated the final episode, however.

for some reason I didn't like this, or didn't want to like it. But I've caught some recently on reruns, and I don't know why I felt that way. It's definitely clever. My Legacy

It's good (and so is Angel). I resisted for years, but finally sat down and watched it in the last year. i actually never watched a single episode while it was on and made fun of my friends who did. then one made me sit down and watch a few episodes. now i think it is one of my all time favorite shows ever. I do respect the people who like it, maybe some day I'll have a pleasant surprise it's actually a fntastic show. not so much in the first season, where they were sputtering and trying to figure it out, but it's only half a season. by the time it is in it's fist full season, it gets really good. by the ned of 5th season, you'll be crying over episodes. by the end of the seventh season, you'll be obsesed and picking up the paperbacks of the season 8 comics. give it a try. i think a lot of us fans were in a similar mindset in the beginning.
