I enjoy both extremes. I love being very busy with a particular project whether it me work, studies, or just sorting out the details of everyday life. In that respect I can be very 'productive'

On the other hand, I also need periods where the opposite is true, and I have nothing at all to do, when I can reflect and be still. I need time to process what goes on outside.

it depends on my mood- somedays I am busy from when I get up to night time or late afternoon and I come home exhausted.

Other days I get up when I want and start my day with things to do, but if i don't finish it no big deal unless it is urgent.

it is nice having those 2 ends- ive never had an in between day.

so i think im productive but not all the time.

I waste TONS of time... either full-on procrastinating or thinking, rethinking and re-rethinking about what I'm working on instead of executing it. It's actually one of my key goals in therapy to overcome this. confused

i procrastinate, especially when i have too much on...then i get anxious and extremely stressed out
thats when i find lists are a good thing....i can see what needs to be done, and then i do it
seems that i was busy doing something close to nothing, but different than the day before music beret

I am a very efficient person, I will plan to get 10 things done in the most economical way possible taking into consideration time/distance logistics, order of things etc. geek I plan which day I will do it all on - get it all done in one morning rather than bit each day over a few days. It means I do a lot less the other days and I usually can't sleep the night before my major errand runs redface UNLESS I get up and write out my list/plan of attack.
