I share my account with our 3 computers- but the one computer (hard drive) with the most music has died and all of the music was not backed up- the names of the music that I have purchased are "lightened" (previously purchased) in the i-tunes store

sooo... is their anyway to redownload some stuff under my account since i've already purchased it? .. without paying of course

yeah i'm confuse too pout

You have all that music on your ipod(s)...from the dead HD right? You could transfer your music you have on your iPod back onto the other 2 computers or put your music back using your iPod(s) if you decide to purchase another HD for that computer. Windows (XP, Vista, Win7) or Mac user? Laptop or Desktop?

For Windows you can do this by using: iDump
http://www.softpedia.com/...23799.html

A Program for Mac's that's does the samething. Senuti (30 day trial)
http://www.fadingred.com/senuti/

Or depending how much really wan't that music you could allow Best Buy/Geek Squad to recover your music, it'll cost.

You can do it youself.

What does "most music has died" mean? That's a "fun" term, but it's not enough to really understand what's going on over there.

So is your harddrive just not being recognized by the computer? Have you tried slaving it to another computer to see if it'll spin up and you can access it?

Can you get NO response from it, or is the data just corrupt when you try?
