I´ve seen people who flew through the windscreen of their car and landed on its hood with blood all over their body at a mere 6 MPH speed.....so yes, I always wear one, if there is one. Yes always, and especially in cabs! I get really, really nervous if I get in a cab and the seatbelt is broken or I'm in the middle spot and can't find it. I was in a really bad car accident (car was totaled) several years ago - I wasn't wearing my seatbelt and I am lucky all I got was bruised ribs and a cut on my head. Ever since that, I hate riding in cars and I always wear my seatbelt. The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp. | |

If the passenger is 16 or under, the driver gets the ticket. If they are over 16 then the passenger gets it. And yes I always use my seatbelt. "Always blessings, never losses......"
