Since I was by myself and the movie was a freebie from my local library.

Harry Connick's hair annoyed me no end, and so did Gerard Butler's teeth when he sang

OMG you don't even know what I did once BY PURE ACCIDENT.

I put this movie on when my friend brought her mom over.

She'd just lost her husband a few weeks before.

I was so embarrassed and felt so bad. All I was thinking when I popped it in was the Lisa Kudro scenes they showed on the commercials and I thought, this'll be funny and light. I wanted to crawl under the couch and die.

I didn't see the movie, but I heard Gerard Butler just went off on some women fans at a bar. They said he's in "hot water", but they pinched his butt. He had every right to react like that. http://www.irishcentral.c...30007.html

I had no idea that movie was going to be so damn depressing.
From the previews it looked like a decent movie..but wow...

I've done my share of faux pas, but this ranks high.

I also sent a "funny" postcard to my friend (yes the same friend ) from a a book called "Grandma's Dead: Breaking Bad News with Baby Animals" not realizing (don't ask me how) that the words "Grandma's Dead" were on the card. Her grandma had died about a month before.

that movie was nothing like the book. book was okay, movie was awful. Harry Connick jr really bugged me as well.

even Hilary Swank bugged me. it's a good job Gerald Butler is cute.
